They are applied on the face neck and other parts of the body with the help of the fingertips.
Then fingers can be move upward down for the purpose of spreading everywhere.
According to D & C act Cosmetics mean any articles meant to be rubbed, poured, sprinkled or sprayed on or introduced into or otherwise applied to any part of the human body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness or altering, appearence and include any article intended for use as a component of cosmetic.

3.Humectants use in cosmetic preparation.
4.Surfactants use in cosmetic preparation.

BEST WAYS TO MARKET THE COSMETICS PRODUCTS-
1.Having a clearly defined "Unique Selling Proposition"- Do you want to fit it, or stand out?.Every business owner must be able to clearly articulate answers to the questions.Why should someone buys your produts and not your competitors. What makes you unique? Must be able to set a proper marketing strategy.
2. Selling benefits rather than features- Someone once said, "No one ever bought a drill bit. Millions of people have bought a hole". People don't look for features they look for benefits. The marketer should be able to clearly identify how their produts features will benefits the users or Customers.
3.Using a proper specific headlines in advertisements- You have at most couple of seconds to grab someone's attention, when they read a newspaper, google ad, etc. Using an attention grabbing headlines ensures that the reader will continue to read the rest of the advertisements . The headline is an ad for the ad. If you look in a newspaper they use effective headlines to attract their customers.
4. Testing headlines, price points, packages, pitches, everything- Test everything rather than running one newspaper or online ad for three weeks. Why not run three different ads for three weeks and measures which draws better. Why not price yours products and services at different points and which sells better more. Rather than sticking to one advertising strategy people should focused more on test,test,test.
5.Finding out customer needs- Discovering what they are, which type of products they want. Finding out what's most important to them. People won't tell you until asked so it's better to try out the products and getting the feedback from them.
